1 All trips include your outfitted fishing kayak, PFD, whistle, paddle, paddle leash, anchor trolley, anchors and rod holders for up to three rods. You are encouraged to bring your own fishing gear and tackle, but we do have plenty should you need to rent ours. Since you are fishing out of your own boat, you will also need a valid Florida fishing license for this trip. The cost is ~$17 for an out-of-state; three-day license. They are available online or by calling 1-888-Fish-Florida. All bookings are accepted subject to our standard booking and cancellation policy below
2 The Yak Attacks require three anglers or a $675/boat minimum to do a trip. However, rarely is that an issue as there are anglers usually eager to join an available trip.

Booking and Cancellation Policy
Your fishing trip must be booked with a VISA, MasterCard, Amex or pre-paid deposit. A deposit for each trip booked will be charged upon confirmation of the trip. A trip is not confirmed until your deposit is received.
Once confirmed, we will send you an email with all the needed details. You can call us with your confirming information (Visa/MC #, Expiration Date and Billing Zip Code). If you would prefer to email the info, please do. However, to assure security I suggest using several emails. You can send the first eight digits of your card number in the first email; the second eight digits in the second email; the expiration date and the zip code in the third. My wife Vickie and I are the only ones who have access to our emails and phone messages, so your info is safe.
The balance should to be paid directly to your captain after the trip via Cash or Check. If you wish to leave the charges on your card, you are welcomed to so, but please let us know in advance. The 3% fee that VISA charges will be added to the trip total.
Our business is based on referrals. Everglades Kayak Fishing wants you to fish with us so you will tell all your friends and associates what a wonderful trip you had. However, we realize that situations arise that require the cancellation and/or rescheduling of a booked trip.
- You may cancel more than prior to 21 days of your fishing date without issue and your full deposit will be refunded if you choose not to reschedule.
- Cancellation within 21 days of your booking maybe rescheduled, but the first day's charter fee will be charged. This charge will be credited upon completion of your rescheduled charter.
- Cancellations within 10 days of your trip may be charged the total fees booked at the discretion of Chokoloskee Charters.
Safety is of the utmost importance. Your captain has the responsibility for your safety and determines if a trip should be cancelled or delayed die to weather. Weather days will be rescheduled or refunded.
Prices are subject to change. Holidays may incur additional fees. Tipping of your captain and/or guide is customary and appreciated.
